FS FREIGHT SYSTEMS PTE LTD is incorporated on 21st September 1981
as the forwarding arm of reowned shipowner Foong Sun Shipping (Pte) Ltd.
In 1989, Mr. Kelvin Cheong came on board as the Managing Director and has
transformed FS Freight Systems into a full-fledge international air and sea
freight forwarder.
The Company has an authorized capital of S$1,000,000.00 and a fully paid-up
capital of S$250,000.00.
The Company now owns a fleet of vehicles and has prime-movers under its name.
The Company is fully computerized and has linkage to various government-linked
bodies such as International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore), Port of
Singapore Authority (PSA), Jurong Port Pte Ltd (JPPL) and, Accounting and
Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
The Company's operations is well covered up to a sum of S$500,000.00 under the
Forwarder's Liability insurance, and has QBE as the underwriter.
FS Freight Systems is also an accredited member of the Singapore Logistics
Association (SLA), The Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and the LFS
Global Logistics group which has over 30 member-country all over the world.
